I BOUGHT SOME SNACK FOR MY NEPHEW IN FLORIDA. IT WAS AN EASY PROCESS, GOT FREE SHIPPING AND ALL ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANOR AND IN GOOD CONDITION. HE IS VERY HAPPY

Fuel Surcharge?

I have noticed that their prices have gone up on every item by a few dollars which adds up pretty quickly. Their prices were not even competitive before the increase. Costco and BJs are way cheaper for the same item. Some are almost double the price here. The kicker is that now they are also adding on a $1.99 fuel charge to every order. Way to rip your customers off.

I cannot have an experience when I cannot access the site. When a company or corporation requires you to give your personal information BEFORE you've even decided whether you like the site or their products, I have a problem with that.
Therefor I've already formed a negative opinion of Boxed!

I had a good experience

I had a good experience, only notes are maybe they should expand their collection of items when possible. I ordered 4 cases of protein shakes, really good price compared to stores for each individual drink for sure! The shipping was free because I spent above a threshold as well, which is important to me upon ordering from different websites.

Most every item was in great condition

Most every item was in great condition, except for the boxed items...the cardboard part of the items were damaged (squished) however the inside was still in tacked.
Other then that, I will definitely order again.

Bridal shower beverages

The items I wanted were not able to get to me in the time frame I needed them when I tried to order thru Walmart. But I received the items in a timely manner from boxed and had a 20% savings and free shipping for my first order. You never get a break like that from Walmart. Very pleased.

Is this a legitimate company? I've been ripped off before by a fake website and don't want that to happen again!

NO! It's NOT Legitimate! RUN! I thought it was a dream come true, turns out it STOLE my info and took off! They've BLOCKED Me from the site entirely! And after telling me that they were going to give me a $7.00 discount on my next order for screwing up This order! Others have FAR WORSE experiences, at least mine was TAME compared to others! RUN!
